Come join us in the most beautiful office in New York. We have a 2800 square-foot loft space on the penthouse floor of a Beaux Arts building, complete with a huge outdoor summer office/deck terrace and the best light and views in New York.

The space has been used many times for film and photo shoots. We have a 40-foot panel of windows and skylights that looks directly onto the Empire State Building.
The spaces that are available beginning March 1st (flexible, earlier move-in available) are —

– A large private office with two huge windows facing Fifth Avenue and desks in the open space in the large common area, with a 360 degree view of the surrounding neighborhood. – $1900/month
– A medium private office connected to the larger office mentioned above, a perfect space for smaller teams. $1000/month

– Desks in our common space for individual use. $500/month

Past tenants in this space have included literary agencies, production companies, writers, designers and children’s book author Judy Blume.The atmosphere is collegial and relaxed. There are trees, flowers galore, paintings and beautiful antiques. We have sleep sofas and a kitchen with both a refrigerator and microwave, a shower and all the amenities. There is 24-hour access to the building and a great deal of security.
